KF Polymer is a fluorocarbon thermoplastic resin (PVF2, Polyvinylldene fluoride, PVDF).

Superior chemical resistance to inorganic acids, alkalis, aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbons, organic acids, alcohols, halogenated solvents, halogens and strong oxidizing agents
KF Polymer coatings have excellent bonding between molecules and show good mechanical properties in elongation, flexure, tension, compression and impact
The tensile yield strength is 575kg/cm2 (8000 psi) the highest of the fluorinated polymers
Excellent abrasion resistance
Good heat resistance (Use up to 300°F/150°C)
Excellent thermal stability
High dielectric constant
