ICS TECHNOLOGIES is a licensed industrial applicator of STARCOTE products.
For more information about which STARCOTE product is right for your situation,
contact ICS TECHNOLOGIES.
For items too large to be placed into a processing oven try STARCOTE 1000
series coatings.
These coatings cure at ambient temperature, provide lubrication and abrasion
resistance in varying degrees depending on the coating chosen.
For protecting chemical process industry equipment and hardware from
chemical attack and mechanical damage try STARCOTE 2000 series.
Available in different formulations, including barrier coatings, electrically
conductive coatings and dry film lubricant coatings.
For protecting metal surfaces from oxidation due to water (including
salt water, ice and steam) and due to high temperatures (up to 1600
F) try STARCOTE
3000 series coatings.
These ceramic/metallic coatings also provide protection from open flames,
have non-stick properties and withstand high pressure wear applications.
For wear and abrasion resistant applications on a wide range of food
processing equipment try STARCOTE 4000 coatings.
These coatings are USDA approved, providing excellent release properties with
superior hot hardness and durability. They can be applied to various metal
substrates including aluminum, stainless and mild carbon steel.
For protecting a wide range of fluid handling equipment operating
at elevated temperatures consider STARCOTE 5000.
These coatings can also repair the damage done to steel substrates by erosion,
corrosion and cavitation. They have excellent performance characteristics in
immersion service where abrasion is a concern.
For general purpose applications where abrasion and non-stick properties
are desired use STARCOTE 6000.
These coatings provide economical protection of steel substrates affected
by moderate abrasion and moderate chemical attack. They have excellent performance
characteristics where dry lubrication is required.
For protecting heated sealing bars and molds consider STARCOTE 7000 series
coatings.
These coatings are durable, fluoropolymer coatings with good chemical resistance
and outstanding non-stick properties. They have a maximum use temperature of
450 F, are completely color stable at elevated temperatures and are USDA approved.
For mold release applications in the plastic manufacturing industry
where non-stick properties are the main concern try STARCOTE 8000 series coatings.
These coatings are completely color stable at elevated temperatures and have
excellent non-wetting properties and non-stick properties.
